60 – Iceland Vacation w. Sophie Gareau-Brennan

Sophie Gareau-Brennan and I went to Iceland and now we’re going to talk about it at length.

We talk about our previous vacation experiences, what it was like getting there, and all the awesome stuff that we did whilst there. Not only do we give you all the insights to how you too can enjoy a trip to Iceland, we also have some very exciting stories that you’ll wanna hear: it involves a volcano.

So make sure to hit up Sophie via her Twitter if you’d like to ask more about Iceland; or just check out the show we host: We Watch Food

28 – Iceland Gastrotourism

Sophie and Mitch went to Iceland and ate food; now they’re gonna talk about it.

We travelled across the world just to try different foods, so join us as we recount our mouths’ journey to Reykjavik and beyond! We talk about our different experiences at restaurants around the city; we talk about the intertwining of travel & eating; from protein-rich yogurt to British-style fish & chips to cheese pizzas & wieners, we’ve got it covered. We also talk about how Mitch ate the fermented (re: rotten) shark. We chat about all this and so much more!

If you want to hear the other non-food half of our vacation story, mosey over to Mitch’s podcast: WenghTalk Radio.

Make sure to follow us on TwitterInstagram, and Facebook to keep up with news, to join the discussion about food, and to check out all of our personal recipes – or our recommendation to go out and get some Icelandic yogurt Skyr!
