28 – Iceland Gastrotourism

Sophie and Mitch went to Iceland and ate food; now they’re gonna talk about it.

We travelled across the world just to try different foods, so join us as we recount our mouths’ journey to Reykjavik and beyond! We talk about our different experiences at restaurants around the city; we talk about the intertwining of travel & eating; from protein-rich yogurt to British-style fish & chips to cheese pizzas & wieners, we’ve got it covered. We also talk about how Mitch ate the fermented (re: rotten) shark. We chat about all this and so much more!

We’ve been binging the YouTube channel Good Mythical Morning, so let’s talk about that.

Two cute Southern boys Rhett & Link have a ‘morning show’ that focuses mainly on them trying weird foods, playing food games/challenges, and trying to guess what’s being put into their mouths whilst blindfolded. Sophie & Mitch talk about what makes this channel so incredibly watchable and how they think they’d do with some of these inventive food challenges.
