Live from the Gardens: The Next Passage

Well, at least these books are good for SOMEthing! We talk about a bunch of the morphs from Alternamorphs: The Next Passage on this episode of Live from the Gardens! We cover everything from komodo dragons to the mythical Howlers! Splice in a healthy dose of puns and a dash of us interrupting each other as usual and you get the perfect episode of Fanimorphs!

Hypothetical Question: If you had to force one of the hosts to be stuck in a morph forever, which one would it be and why?

61 – Dungeons & Dragons (2000) w. Brayden Scobie

D&D aficionado Brayden Scobie is here to discuss another vital element of this fantasy universe: the godawful 2000 film Dungeons & Dragons.

We watched the movie and we’re going to talk about it. So you don’t have to. It’s rough, baffling, and not really even worth it for the memes. But it WAS worth it for our spectacular attempt at making sense of this movie.

If you’d like to hear more from Brayden make sure to listen to the The Dork-Bajir Chronicles podcast, you can see his beautiful face on Tomes & Tombs, or visit him in the real world at Hexagon Cafe for some IRL DM’ing.

It’s October, so we’re doing spooky food movies, starting with the classic Attack of the Killer Tomatoes (1978).

Sophie & Mitch talk all about the highs and lows of this movie, the baffling logic of how these tomatoes function, as well as level of zaniness this film reaches at points. So travel with us as we try to explain what, why, and how these killer tomatoes attack.

Alternamorphs #2: The Next Passage

Oh no. OH NO. Another one?? That’s right: it’s time for another Choose Your Own Adventure escapade as The Dork-Bajir Chronicles reads Alternamorphs #2: The Next Passage!

This is the one where you play as David but in an alternate timeline through some questionable Ellimist interference. Don’t worry though! It makes just as little sense as the first Alternamorphs, only with characters your recognize this time!
